Michael Casey is the Executive Director of the Avacare Site Network.  Michael has been in the industry for 24 years hosting various roles in the drug development process.  Michael created and ran the hyperCORE network for the last several years making it one of the most successful research consortium in the industry.  Michael helped deliver hyperCORE’s sites to a runner up finish at the World Vaccine Congress VIE Best Network award.  Formerly, Michael was from Strategic Drug Development unit in IQVIA designing over 160 programs and defining the data driven approach to protocol optimization.

Michael is a graduate of the University of North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
