For CROs
The Challenges:
Clinical development continues to become more complex. CROs face increasing pressure to identify experienced sites, accelerate study startup, meet aggressive enrollment timelines, and deliver consistent execution across multiple locations. Managing numerous individual site relationships can slow timelines. Today’s studies require strategic partners that can adapt, scale, and consistently deliver.
Benefits:
Partnering with hyperCORE provides streamlined access to a growing network of exceptional clinical research organizations through one strategic relationship.
- Unified Access: A single strategic partnership provides streamlined access to multiple high-performing clinical research organizations.
- Speed: Rapid feasibility responses and site identification through one point of contact, with 48–72-hour feasibility turnaround.
- Expanded Reach: Scale your studies through broader geographic coverage and access to diverse patient populations across the United States.
- Therapeutic Expertise: Access experienced investigators and proven research sites spanning a broad range of therapeutic areas and study phases.
- Scalable Solutions: Whether you need a single site or a multi-site strategy, our network supports Phase I–IV clinical trials with the flexibility to scale alongside your program.
- Strategic Partnership: Build a long-term relationship with a trusted partner that understands your goals, proactively supports your pipeline, and grows with your development needs.
How We Work:
hyperCORE serves as an extension of your study team. We work closely with CROs to understand protocol requirements, identify the most appropriate research organizations, and coordinate feasibility. While hyperCORE manages the partnership and strategy, our partner organizations execute the study, creating a seamless experience from feasibility through study completion.
Our model is designed to be more than transactional. Whether you need support identifying specialized investigators, expanding into new patient populations, responding to an urgent bid defense request, or strengthening site coverage across a therapeutic area, our team is here to help.
Site Models:
- Practice-Embedded Research Sites: Integrated directly within physician practices, providing immediate access to established patient populations.
- Integrated Research Sites: Operating in close collaboration with healthcare systems and specialty practices.
- Dedicated Research Sites: Independent clinical research centers with experienced research teams.
